Jill Campbell, MSN, FNP-C, CANS, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, and National Injectables Trainer with more than 20 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. She is nationally recognized as a trainer and educator for leading aesthetic companies, including Galderma and Allergan, and is widely respected for her clinical expertise, academic excellence, and practical teaching approach.

Jill earned her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, graduating with a 4.0 GPA and receiving the honor of Outstanding Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Her strong academic background, combined with decades of hands-on experience, has established her as a trusted authority in aesthetic education and advanced injectables.

She serves as a trainer and educator for the Allergan Medical Institute and is the co-creator and co-founder of Foundational Aesthetics & Beyond (FAB), an advanced educational platform designed to elevate injector knowledge through both foundational and advanced training. Jill is licensed to practice in Florida, Texas, and Arizona, allowing her to educate and mentor providers across multiple regions.

Jill is known for her attention to detail, engaging bedside manner, artistic eye, and approachable teaching style. She places a strong emphasis on patient communication, carefully explaining the natural aging process and the importance of treating the entire face to achieve balanced, refreshed, and natural-looking outcomes. Patients and providers frequently remark, “No one has ever explained this to me before,” reflecting her ability to make complex concepts clear and relatable.

Her comprehensive treatment approach includes all FDA-approved injectables available in the U.S., along with advanced expertise in cannula technique. She also incorporates lasers, radiofrequency treatments, PRP, PRF, EZ Gel, PDO threads, chemical peels, and microneedling/micro-channeling into her practice. Jill splits her time between two busy practices in The Woodlands, Texas, and national training and education.
