Terms and Conditions:

Once registered, a participant holds one of a limited number of spaces in a DentaSpa training course. Because class sizes are limited for optimal learning, DentaSpa offers rescheduling, however no refunds are provided. A credit may be used toward a future workshop with the approval of the administrative department of DentaSpa Seminars. Since workshops require a great deal of planning, preparation, and logistical costs, to avoid a $399 rescheduling fee, participants are responsible for determining their availability in advance and will advise DentaSpa within three calendar weeks of the course date if unable to attend and need to reschedule. All rescheduling must be received in writing via mail or fax transmission. Registration is fully refundable only if course is cancelled by DentaSpa Seminars. We reserve the right to cancel a course for any reason, including meeting a minimum number of registrants. Please note, DentaSpa Seminars is not responsible for deposits to hotels, non-refundable airline tickets, fees associated with necessary airline changes or other associated fees. We do not hold responsibility regarding state medical or dental board requirements. You are responsible to ensure that the procedures being taught are legally permitted in your state of licensure based on the current laws and legislation. We are not liable for decisions or changes made by state medical or dental board about their state practice acts prior to your attendance date. Attendees must be licensed and in good standing with their state dental board. Our Cancellation Policy must be strictly enforced, and may change at any time.
