Ana Natalie Delgado is a nationally recognized entrepreneur, educator, and industry leader whose work has helped shape the modern landscape of aesthetic education. Since beginning her journey in 2006, Ana has built a distinguished career marked by innovation, strategic vision, and a deep commitment to advancing injectable education on a national and global scale.
In 2010, Ana founded DentaSpa Academy, establishing it as a premier national Continuing Education provider dedicated to refining the art and science of facial injectables within dentistry. Her forward-thinking approach and ability to identify emerging trends quickly positioned the academy as a leader in high-level, implementation-focused education. Building on this momentum, Ana went on to establish the International Academy of Facial Aesthetics (IAFA) in 2011, creating a global platform that unites respected educators, advanced techniques, and multidisciplinary collaboration in non-surgical aesthetics.
Ana also serves as CEO and Co-Founder of CosMedic, an enterprise designed to support medical professionals in expanding their clinical knowledge and confidence in facial injectables through structured education and resources. Across her ventures, Ana’s passion lies in helping providers integrate transformative, ethical, and profitable treatments into their practices while maintaining the highest standards of safety and education.
A highly sought-after speaker and organizer, Ana has curated and led educational experiences ranging from intimate seminars to large-scale national and international conferences. Her entrepreneurial efforts have helped thousands of providers worldwide successfully implement injectables and aesthetic services into their practices.
Ana’s impact has been recognized nationally, including a 2024 feature in Business Insider and receipt of the Stevie Award for Young Female Entrepreneur of the Year. Beyond education and business, she is the founder of Faces of Chance, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting economic independence and well-being by providing access to injectable treatments for conditions such as migraines. She also actively supports charitable organizations including St Judes, Lotus House and The Little Lighthouse Foundation.
