Ana Moncada serves as Logistics Manager and Clinical Assistant at DentaSpa Seminars, playing a critical role in supporting the operational and clinical success of the Academy’s national educational programs. She works closely with multiple departments to ensure that in-house operations, customer service, and monthly seminar planning are executed with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Ana is responsible for managing a wide range of logistical functions essential to delivering seamless educational experiences. Her responsibilities include coordinating clinical supply orders, organizing and preparing training manuals, and managing marketing and patient education materials for alumni. Her behind-the-scenes work ensures that instructors and participants are fully supported with the tools and resources needed for effective learning and clinical application.

During live courses, Ana provides hands-on clinical support by assisting instructors and clinicians throughout the day. She actively manages room turnover, patient flow, and real-time supply needs, ensuring that treatment rooms remain organized and that clinicians have immediate access to the instruments, products, and materials required for each procedure. Her ability to anticipate needs and respond quickly allows courses to run efficiently while maintaining a smooth, uninterrupted clinical experience for both instructors and attendees.

With a background in medical assisting and experience in the healthcare industry, Ana plays an integral role in supporting the hands-on portion of seminars. Her clinical presence enables instructors to focus on teaching while ensuring safety, organization, and procedural readiness at all times.
Ana’s bilingual skills further enhance her contribution to the Academy. She provides pre- and post-seminar support to international alumni from South and Central America, assisting with communication, logistics, and coordination to ensure a welcoming and inclusive educational experience.

Ana’s combination of logistical expertise, clinical support, and multilingual communication makes her an essential member of the DentaSpa team, helping uphold the Academy’s standards of excellence at every course.
