Carla Marchand, RN, RNC-NIC, CANS, is the founder of Frisco Beauty Nurse, an advanced aesthetic nurse injector, national trainer, and educator with more than 35 years of patient care experience and 15 years in aesthetic medicine.
Carla began her nursing career in the NICU, where caring for the smallest and most vulnerable patients required precision, gentleness, and unwavering attention to detail. Those same qualities became the foundation of her aesthetic practice. Today, she is known for combining clinical expertise with an artistic eye for facial harmony, creating natural, balanced results that leave patients looking refreshed — not overdone.

Her practice focuses on thoughtful treatment planning, wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, facial balancing, Sculptra, regenerative aesthetics, and PDO threads. Her signature treatment, the Revive Trio, uses dermal fillers to restore facial harmony and create a refreshed, balanced result while preserving each patient’s natural beauty.

For the last 5 years, Carla has trained nurses and aesthetic providers in wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, and PDO threads.
