Paul Delgado serves as Operations Manager at DentaSpa Seminars, where he is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, organization, and seamless execution of the Academy’s national educational programs. In this role, Paul acts as a key liaison between client services, accounting, and logistics, ensuring that internal operations align smoothly to deliver a high-quality experience for faculty, partners, and alumni.

Paul brings a strong analytical and systems-based approach to operations management. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Information Engineering from Cornell University in 2009, followed by a Master of Engineering in Operations Research in 2010, also from Cornell. His academic training provides him with a deep understanding of process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and operational scalability—skills that are essential to managing a growing national education platform.

Following his graduate studies, Paul joined TracFone Wireless, where he worked from 2011 to 2015 in progressively advanced roles. He began as a System Improvement Engineer, focusing on process enhancement and performance optimization, before advancing to Product Manager, where he oversaw system initiatives, cross-departmental coordination, and operational improvements. This experience strengthened his ability to manage complex workflows and align operational strategy with organizational goals.

At DentaSpa Seminars, Paul applies this expertise to support the Academy’s continued growth and operational excellence. He plays a vital role in ensuring that programs are delivered efficiently, financial processes remain organized, and logistical execution meets the high standards expected by faculty and attendees nationwide. His behind-the-scenes leadership allows the educational team to focus on content, instruction, and innovation, knowing that operational systems are running effectively.
